The Answer of Nature Part – 2

Sameer stood still for a while looking at the inside view. The sun had set, and it was getting dark. So finally Sameer dared to give voice to the Sadhu. When Sameer called out, the Sadhu came out of the state of meditation and looked at Sameer. As soon as he noticed that Sameer was shivering outside, he asked him to come to the hut.

With the permission of the Sadhu, Sameer entered the hut. He looked inside the hut. The hut was small but beautiful. There was a ‘Chula (hearth) in one corner and some utensils near the Chula (hearth). The sadhu had a small bed to sleep on, and a fire was lit in the middle of the hut to keep him warm and the sadhu was sitting on his seat at a distance near the fire.

The Sadhu offered a seat to Sameer near the fire. Once inside, through the cold outside, Sameer felt better with the fire. The Sadhu gave water to Sameer and when Sameer calmed down a bit, he asked him his name and the purpose of coming here. Sameer told the Sadhu his name and said that he came here for Chandrashila’s trek and missed the way. He also requested the Sadhu to stay here till tonight. With smiling face, Sadhu allowed him for.

Sameer finished his meal when he realized that the Sadhus never use to have any food at night. After finishing the meal, Sameer relaxed next to Sadhu, near the fire. After chatting for short while, the Sadhu asked him, “You have seen the Chandrashila many times before, but for the first time you seem to have lost your way.” Sameer was shocked, “How do you know I’ve been to the Chandrashila many times before and missed the path for the first time?”

Sadhu smiled and said, “It is not very difficult to recognize. Not mentioning your partner once since you arrived means you’re alone. And the fact that you are going to the chandrashila alone means that you know the way to the chandrashila and that is why you decided to come along. My question is different. If you know the way to the chandrashila, how you missed the path here? ”

Sameer said that he is attending this trek after many days and for the very reason he missed the road. Then he became serious and said, “I think my whole life has gone astray, not just the chandrashila.” The Sadhu asked him the reason. Sameer unhesitatingly revealed all the events that took place in the past. Told him all that had happened so far and that he did not have the answers to the questions before him. Sameer told the Sadhu, all his heartache. So he felt a little relieved, but he was also surprised that he had opened his mind to a stranger.

The Sadhu listened to him calmly and finally said, “Nature has the answers to all the questions we have.” Sameer was very surprised to hear the Sadhu’s reply. He wondered how nature could answer his firm’s failure. He expressed his opinion to the Sadhu, “Sir, I respect your opinion, but I cannot agree with your opinion. My work deals with technology. There is a huge difference in both of our’s world. The challenges and difficulties in my world are much larger and more complex than the challenges in this world. So I don’t think, nature has the answers to my questions.

Unknowingly, Sameer’s voice was irritated and raised. The Sadhu refrained from giving any immediate reaction to this but the confidence reflecting, behind the reply from one of his statements was clearly realized by Sameer, on his calm and assured face. Few movements passed in such peace. Sameer realized his mistake and was embarrassed and apologized to Sadhu but was not ready to accept “nature has the answers to his problems.”

The Sadhu was still smiling. He replied, “You are very tired and you have to start your trek tomorrow, and the night is too late so relax now. The Sadhu’s reply was unexpected to Sameer. Now Sameer also understood that Sameer’s spontaneous reaction did not affect the Sadhu. He fell asleep at the same thought.

In the morning Sameer woke up to the chirping of birds. Morning sun rays were shining in the sky announcing the arrival of Helios. Some of the sun rays were reflecting on the leaves, giving the impression that the trees were wearing pearl necklaces. The entire stretch was shrouded in a blanket of fog. This has naturally created a calm and mysterious atmosphere. The slow but uninterrupted sound of the water flowing in the stream added to the elegance of the atmosphere. The tone of the Sadhu’s chanting was creating purity in this already charged atmosphere. Sameer felt that he is arrived in heaven, not to earth. After so many days, he was able to experience such a beautiful and quiet morning.

Sameer saw that the Sadhu was engrossed in meditation. Unknowingly, Sameer’s hands were joined to greet him. He wrapped up his sleeping bag and finished his morning works. By then, the sadhu’s meditation was over. He asked Sameer to come with him to collect firewood from the forest if he had time. Sameer wanted to reach Chandrashila by taking the right path as soon as possible, but he could not deny to the sadhu, because they had helped him in the crisis yesterday, had sheltered him. Being unhappy, he nodded to the Sadhu and followed him to the forest.

Since the Sadhu was familiar to all the steps in the forest, he was walking very fast through the bushes in the forest. Sameer was choking while keeping pace with him. After a short walk, the Sadhu’s attention was drawn to a tree and they hauled. Sameer did not understand why the Sadhu stopped suddenly, he looked at him with a questioning face.

He motioned for Sameer to look at the tree in front of him. There was an eagle’s nest on the top branch of that tree. There was an eagle cub in that nest and was trying to fly. That eagle cub was constantly fluttering its wings to fly. Finally, it sat quietly for a while then gathered all his strength, and then he took a big leap and they started flying in the sky. Sadhu and Sameer were watching the scene. They were very happy to see that eagle cub flying. They then collected as much wood as the Sadhu needed and returned to the hut.

When they returned, the Sadhu asked Sameer, “Did you get the answer to your question?” Sameer looked at the Sadhu with a questioning gesture. It was in such a questioning gesture that the Sadhu got his negative answer. The Sadhu smiled happily.

He held his meditative seating and asked Sameer to sit down and said, “If your observation towards nature is somewhat flashy, then you understand every response extended by nature. Did you get the answer today to the question you asked about your life yesterday? ” Sameer said, “No, no one answered me. You also avoided answering yesterday. And I don’t think, nature will have the solution to my problems. ”

To this, the Sadhu said, “You did not understand because you did not observe it properly. Don’t you think there is any similarity between that eagle cub and you?” At this, Sameer shook his head in denial. The Sadhu continued, “That eagle cub and you were both making the same mistake; “The haste”.

Sameer requested the Sadhu to explain his statement in detail. At this, the Sadhu began to tell him, “Yesterday when you told me about your past, I had a clear picture of your nature. You are in a hurry to succeed. Just like that eagle cub, he was in a hurry to fly. His wings had the power to fly, but he wasted his time in fluttering his wings. So even though it was possible, he could not fly.

The same thing is happening to you, you started your own firm and tried to do everything you could. It was stressful for you to work harder than you could handle. So you could not do justice to the work at hand. And as a result, the work went out of your hands. This puts a lot of stress on your mind. And that’s why you got sick. ”

Sameer was stunned and listening. He had never thought of it this way, he was constantly blaming his failure on the circumstances, by that point of time.

Sameer asked the Sadhu for a solution. The Sadhu said, “Nature has already extended the solution about your problem. From the moment, the eagle cub’s wings stopped fluttering and the eagle cub sat still, his childish ideological state became aware. The power generated in the wings can be used to leap into the sky. It was beginning to dawn on him. That eagle cub was initially observing through the nest to see many birds flying freely into the sky. He had a strong desire and ambition to fly in the sky. And with the same passion, he used all the power of his wings and he took a leap.

You should also need to follow the same. Identify your potential, take strategic steps and wait for the right opportunity, and use your full strength as it comes. You will definitely succeed.

Sameer couldn’t believe his ears. The answer to the question that had been bothering him for many days was given to him in very simple words by the sage with the help of nature. The answer to the problem he found very difficult to solve, was very simple. There were tears of joy in Sameer’s eyes and he held the feet of the Sadhu. Today, in a real sense, Sameer was aware of his mistakes and found a way to correct them. The Sadhu woke him up and gave him a deep hug and blessed him with success.

Staying there that day, Sameer said goodbye to the Sadhu the next morning and promised to see him again soon. The Sadhu showed him the right way. In no time, Sameer was once again on the road to Chandrashila. Sameer had missed the trek, but it made him realize the wrong path of his life and he was on the right path. Sameer came to this trek as a little change in his life but this trek changed his whole life. With new hope and thought, Sameer returned home.
